Our CORE database, mainly SMEs, has 34 million balance sheets from 2008 to 2025.

This core database is augmented each month with some 40,000 first time balance sheets and around 200,000 updated balance sheets.

At 1st February 2025, there were 5,108,897 active companies of which 3,759,109 had filed accounts.

We hold balance sheet data for 3,534,267 or 94.02% of those active companies that have filed.

Additionally, there are 3,008,129 dissolved companies where we hold balance sheet data.
